Trust Law

Trusts are contracts.  Contracts are the basis of all commerce

The concepts are simple.  The trust indenture document provides the legal structure of the rights and obligations of the parties involved.  Each contract is created according to the intended purposes and needs of the parties involved.  Some jurisdictions have a particular way of dealing with various issues.  For full transparency we provide you with two examples here along with the International Convention on Trusts which is a multi-lateral treaty recognizing trusts as a bonafide legal entity.

 - The Hague Convention on Trusts

- Jersey Trust Law

- The Trust Ordinance of Anguilla
